MP4 Clip Joiner

Hi all,

I have a PMW-350 and am shooting 1080i. Every time I stop and start a shoot it creates a new file on the card. Which is fine. Is there a way to take all those files, join them all together losslessly and spit out one MP4 file? I know this isn't normally how you would edit stuff, and its not for editing, I just need this for a specific purpose. Does any program like this exist?

Use Sony XDCAM Browser v2.1 and you can "Import into Final Cut Pro" which essentially joins all the .mp4 files and rewraps into a single .mov file.
I film long conferences and use this feature all the time!
