Hi Guys! :)

I'm really hoping somone can help me. :crybaby:

My Sanyo Xacti fh1 camera produces mp4 videos. Usally i just upload these straight to youtube.

But i would like to add some effects to my vids.

I've read about smart rendering - and how it lets you split/join without having to encode the whole videos again -- but i cannot find any software that works with the mp4 files my camera makes :(

I tried Avidemux 2.5 -- and this is the only software that let me cut/join the mp4 files -- but what it produced did not work on youtube, they just played on my pc.

All other software i've tried - nero vision etc, did not seem to use smart rendering, and it was looking hours to convert -- and the end quality was TERRIBLE!!! my nice HD footage became pixlated and rubbish - on any settings i tried.

If anyone could please tell me any software they have that can smart render mp4 files - that would be amazing!!!

My mp4 file info is this;

I can upload a little video if it would help (if anyone would'nt mid looking lol)

It just seems crazy taking 30mins to encode a 3min video, and having the same video ( but worse quality!) in the end.

Thanks so much for reading my post!!! :)
