GH2 Moving to and from different environments with equipment

Greets,
When moving equipment, mainly a body and lenses, from a cool environment to a warmer, humid environment or from hot to cold, I encounter fogging of my lenses. My concern is proper care and effects of humidity on the gear.

Are there any best practices that you guys can provide or do you face the same issues?

Simply acclimatise your gear.

Before pulling your camera out of the bag from a warm and toasty car to a snow field - remove the whole bag and let it acclimatise somewhat before you pull he camera out and vice versa. Same goes for a air conditioned vehicle to a warm, high humid exterior.

In addition my camera bags contain little bags of desiccant (silica gel), that I change out from time to time.
