Moving from a wireless lav kit to the H1

No, if you plug the Lav into the H1, the onboard mics cut out.
You can do it in a roundabout way with the H4N.

Can't be done, but why would you want to? Using the H1 in this manner, you'll record nothing but clothing noise, bumps, and bangs. That said, the H1 is only a two-track recorder. The H4n can record four tracks, and can record the on-board mics to 3&4 while recording the external inputs to 1&2. Again, there's really not much reason to do this for narrative work.

Also, be advised that this is not an advisable set-up. There are many challenges. Yes, there are people who do this... but you already have the wireless system. Why abandon it for something you have much less control over in the long run?

I am a run and gun shooter for a law firm. The wireless system is great when there is one lawyer but often times we show up to an investigation and there are teams of experts and other attorneys. This allows me to put an H1 in everyone's pocket...
