moving files from PC to Mac

Greetings,

Testing the waters here:
Just dumped some files from my HVX p2 to my PC laptop. How I want to move them from my lap top to my mac and into FCP. I seem to think there is a special procedure to do this... is there? what are the steps? If not... which files do I move from my PC to my Mac?

thx,
D.M. Rosemark

Use an FAT32 formatted hard drive with USB 2.0, FW400, FW800 or Esata interface. P2CMS is the most 'surefire' way to copy or move, as it will compare the data. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the contents folder AND lastclip.txt file into the external HDD.

FAT32 drives can be read and written to by both PCs and MACs.
