I just ordered a copy for myself. I am a filmmaker plus I work in the industry. Working on a Romero film as we speak. Fun stuff and am really excited to see your film and the extras. Send this baby to me asap. How long does it usually take?

Matt Fuller

Thanks for the order. We'll ship it out htis week.

All the best,

Can the Broken DVD be played on a computer's DVD drive? My computer says "The DVD volume is invalid" and won't play. I can open the folder to the DVD and see all the files. It does play on my standalone DVD recorder.

It palys fine on most computers. It might be your drive. Mac and PC should be cool.

Strange it doesn't work on my PC. It's a Pioneer burner and every commercial movie, even The Radio Mechanics movie DVD written about on this site plays fine. Also all training DVD's and DVD's I make on a separate standalone Pioneer DVD recorder play fine. I'm using Sonic Cine Player and when I load the Broken DVD it shows the "Broken name in the interface but when I click the play button it say its invalid.

Is my specific Broken DVD possibly broken, ok, corrupt? What format is the DVD? Is it dual-layer? Is it copy protected?

Thanks,

Randy

Alex, i quite like the storyline and the camera angles there, very well edited. The CC is on the spot, you should consider extend to feature film. Congrats

I placed my order on nov 27 and haven't received it yet. Does it usuakky take this long? well when i checked the package status, it says this:

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on December 02, 2005 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will"

It has said that same thing since the day i got an email with the title" Your BROKEN DVD was shipped to you!". it sitll says the same thing now. well, maybe its arriving today or tom. hopefully :(

Peace

I just ordered it from you through paypal. Can't wait until it comes to the great white north to get it!

I just received Broken yesterday (just in time for Christmas). I read the review on Amazon and IMDb. It was interesting because most of the review were glowing, then there was that one... but I wanted it mainly for the extras. Well, I popped it out of the packaging and into the DVD player. I started with the the movie then moved on to the extras which I thought were excellent, btw. After that, I got to thinking "that seemed pretty good, what was it that the bad review said?" I went back and re-read it. Maybe I missed something. So then I watched it again.

It just goes to show that you can't please everyone. I think you guys did a damned fine job. I really enjoyed the premise, kinda similar to an idea I had been working on. Great, now I have to go back and rework things so mine is not like yours. I was particularly pleased with your extras on Color Correction. Once again, GREAT JOB guys, keep it up.

This is the best Indie film instructional tool as well as film, I have ever seen! I am an action junkie and you never see good action with a low budget movie. The extras were amazing and taught me a ton. The effects, lighting, framing, dollying, etc, were very engaging as well as the story. I wish the end footage of Bonnie with th lunch pail would have worked though. It definitely would have given it that "To be continued" feel. I look forward to the feature.

I ordered my DVD on december 6 by amazon and the delivery estimate is "Jan 6, 2006 - Feb 6, 2006 "
Why is it so long ?
out of stock ?
