Here is a link to the trailer for the short film "Artie Saves the Hood". It's a Sci-Fi-Action-Adventure-Comedy that definitely puts the emphasis on the comedy side of things. I did all the special effects (183 fx shots total) and music for the film. It features quite a bit of greenscreen work as well. Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

The effects were really cool, what did you use? I have a short that I need to do a similar effect as the smoke shooting from the fridge.

Dude, you're my new best friend... Great special effects... I need help...

This Sunday I'm finishing the last days of shooting on my first feature film called Vigilantes (filmed in and around the Sacramento area; McClellan Air Force Base, West Sac Police Department, Discovery Park, Richards blvd. Area etc... This is probably very tacky, but can you help me add the muzzle flashes to some gun fight scenes and a couple of special effects to spruce up my project... We have a very small budget, but I can try to work out some compensation for you... Let me know. Once again, Great job on your project.

vitro,

most of the effects were great, but a lot of them were also very cheesy. you did some great keying with the greenscreen but you need to match your subject with the background in terms of lighting and such. they seemed to stick out WAY too much.
