Well, it's finally coming together.
Movie Marauder is a Short theatre etiquitte film to be released in a local movie theatre. We didn't want to make a boring ol' no cell phones, no talking, and please be courtious sort of thing, so we spruced it up a little bit. The story is about a mild mannered theatre clerk who just happens to be the theatres own personal super hero, and have his own movies playing at this movie theatres. WHen little timmy comes running from the theatre frantically proclaiming that some kids are throwing popcorn and being noisy, Movie Maruder steps in to fight evil.
This was a great experience for us as a small film making group, I was the DoP and am now the editor so I thought I would post some color corrected frame grabs for you to critique. We are going for a 50's look and feel to the movie, even though there is a cell phone (hey you still need to get the message across).
The theatre itself is paying for the film blowup so I am excited to see how it will come out.
Let me know what you think of the grabs, I am open to suggestions as to how I could make it look more authentic.
