Movcam A7S cage top handle: can it slide front and back?

Hi guys, is the position of top handle front-back adjustable? I've never seen a photo that suggests so, but the screws and screw holes make me wonder. If it does, then I can save some money getting it instead of the MotionNine one. Thank you.
 
The best thing to do is leave the handle in the box and get a Wooden Camera safety nato and their latest top grip (with 360 swivel, cold shoe, and 15mm receiver). It honestly makes the camera an absolute dream to use (this combination). Easy to pack small and be light without the handle (tool-less operation) and pairs oh-so-nicely with a leather handstrap on the right side. Cheers.
