mountainbike happy hour

Man that brought back memories when i used to race in the NORBA races. I still have my old Cannondale M1000 in the basement. I made a video way back of me doing stupid tricks and I got more hurt doing the video in one day than i did in a year. I went for the gusto to get it on tape and have scars and a broken helmet to prove it. The stoooopidist thing I did was jump off this 10 foot cliff into a stream and the spot I picked looked like it was deep enough for a good splash. I didnt get the front tire high enough and went down over the bars and landed on my head which shattered the helmet but luckily didnt break my neck. The water was only shin deep too. I dont know how i survived that one but its funny as hell on tape and my friend who shooting is laughing his ass off in the background. Heh, I have to go dig around for that VHS now, I want to see what it looks like 10 years later.
 
Wow that looks so nice man. Looks like you guys had some fun. I love Austria, last time I was there I didn't want to leave, just hiked around for days. Keep up the good work :thumbsup:

it is not coldplay. it is the verve "bitter sweet symphony" which is a lay off from massive attack "unfinished symphony"
 
I want to go buy a mountain bike and move to Austria now! Jesus my friend, that was awesome.
 
I am so jealous. It's been rainning here for a week. I am hoping that it breaks up for at least one day this weekend so I can take my bike out.

Thanks for the info! Those single-track trails looks great. Will let you know if my travel plans get me up there.

Btw - I have a suggestion for that last shot. You panned the camera and then stopped with that great sunset just waiting in the background. It would have been very cool if you kept on filming so you captured the entire sunset and the transition into night and stars. Then in post increased the speed for a time lapse. Just a thought for next time.

we have that timelapse ;-9 not until the stars, but the sun sets nicely.....it is keptz for my customers. sorry :lol
 
thanks. we added more footage today (still have indian summer here) and also finished editing another mtb-project, but it was shot with another cam, so i won´t show it here.

we already sold this clip (actually the single shots) so we are very happy with it :D
