This little device looks very interesting and cost under $500.. I´m thinking to use with gh2

It records 422 uncompressed video and audio.

My questions are: does it records simultaneously and synch audio and video? Is this the cheapest "mobile" HDMI recorder on market? Is it safe(stable) to record directly to the notebook?

This is not a standalone recorder, it's an interface that requires a computer to record onto. Looks like you can use any PCIe desktop or any laptop with and express card slot to record to.

This is an interesting product. Presently I own a MOTU audio product and it is decent quality vs price. I can also tell you their customer service is a bit spotty, so you may want not want to be an early adopter.

Did the specs have any performance requirement for realtime monitoring?

I know .. the idea to use a laptop to record sometimes is not bad for me ... it can record and get monitoring with a few equipment for very cheap. For studio and indoor use sounds very nice.
