motion 3 behaviors

...i dont have any. or filters no matter what i do it wont let be click behaviors or filters ive searched everywhere for an answer so here i am asking the pros once again. im using fcps2.
 
Had Motion 3 worked before, but suddenly stopped working?

Or is this a new install and the problem arose?

If a new install, which OS, and how did you install FCS2?
 
I'm running on leopard and it never has worked. well motion works just not the behaviors masks or filters. I installed fcps altogether and followed disc after disc.
