Up for sale a nice 2x anamorphic lens made in Japan in like new condition.
A Mosty SC43 lens, very similar optically to the well known Sankor 16f and Kowa 16c lenses.
Focuses down to 5ft (1.5m). You need diopters to go closer (ping me I also have great quality +0.5 diopters up for sale).
Lens is very clean, buttery smooth focus. Best condition you can buy.
Dedicated redstan clamp (best quality) with 52mm rear thread to mount on your taking lens is included in the sale.
(The clamp only is worth 50-60Eur).
This lens is best suited to a crop sensor DSLR setup with a taking lens of 58mm or longer.
Optically very similar to the Moller 32/2x anamorphot, Sankors or Kowas, quite sharp from wide open. Sleeper lens.

Note: A 2x anamorphic will give you a very cinematic 3.56:1 final aspect ratio starting from a 16:9 frame and it will widen by a factor 2 your horizontal field of view (like having half the focal length of your taking lens).
