Most Affordable Rails/FF/Grip setup for 500

Hey All,

I really want to set my 500 up with FF, rails, grips etc, however I really can't see any way that I would get a return on the investment since 95% of the time my 500 is being used on gigs, it is for ENG work, and no producers are going to want to pay extra for a EFP style kit.

Are there any affordable setups that are of decent quality? I know they make low-end stuff (indiRails, etc.) for the smaller cameras, but how about the big boys?

To be honnest, if the use are 95% ENG...do you really need it? I suppose you also consider a mattebox as part of the EFP kit? I would consider getting the mattebox, maybe rails and stick with that. There are some decent budget ones around(ofcourse thanks to my hangover i cant remember names...nor websites...), I'm currentlig using my old Vocas MB250 as clamp on, works like a charm.
