Digital Juice Slider C-Stand Adapters. $75
Probably the only good piece of equipment Digital Juice has ever made. The rubber pads have come off the qr plate, but I'm sure you could fix with some super glue and cork. I used these a lot in a studio setting when I worked for Fender.
Cheese plate with 15mm rod receiver. SOLD
Got it from ebay. It has worked very well when needed. Not needed any more.
IndiSystems Follow Focus: $20
It is as basic as a follow focus gets. 15mm rod mount.
Giottos MH 621 Quick Release Assembly: $20
Manfrotto 357PLONG Camera Plate: $40
This sucker is long...Comes with 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 mounting screws.
