Hi Guys, first post so i hope this hasn't been brought up before... if it has my search didn't find it.
But I recently got very excited about the 7D when i saw a couple of vids shot with cheaper anamorphic lenses on the 5D. However, after just watching an Isco 54 go for $2125 AUD i have realised that cheap probably wont be a word i use to describe anamorphic again! but also, I have noticed quite a bit of rolling shutter issues in anamorphic lens tests on the 5d. Can anybody with an anamorphic on a 5d comment on this? Is the skew worse with an anamorphic lens? my thoughts are that it would be worse because the skew doesn't take into account that the lens is anamorphic so when you stretch it our in post you exaggerate the skew too. I'd love to hear whether anyone can confirm this or not.
