More outdoor Ice Water Footage

Nice stuff mochouinard! They look like they're having a lot of fun. :) 480 in native 16:9 sure is nice, isn't it?

for_mlove: most footage shot in extreme sunlight (with even brighter snow!) has looked great. In those conditions, the camera does perform very well. :)
 
Yeah, I just recently shot some HVX footage out on a lake with snowmobiles as well. My footage didn't "pop out" the way Mochouinard's did, with two possible explanations.

1. I didn't have warm sunlight and it was overcast so the color wasn't as good just because of that... or
2. Mochouinard just knows how to dial in the camera much better than I do, which wouldn't take much at all. I'm a little new and dying for the HVX book to come out!!

In reality, it's probably a bit of both.
 
It was a very nice day. It was hard to switch from the viewfinder to the real world... Big light difference. I loved the footaged I taken, but all my footage was of short period, because of the 2x4gig card, and lack of experience.

I'll try to also do a ride of ski-doo with the camera attached to my stickypod ;) ... ok maybe not ;)
