More new F3 footage from Sony promo site

I'm absolutely starting to love the look of this new Sony sensor. Even with film students shooting on the fly it still looks outstanding.
 
the first part of that reel looked horrible, it started to look really beautiful after the first 2 minutes.

weirdly enough the night time shots had the most natural skin tones. but the operator changed as well.

the guy who did the 6min+ stuff did it REALLY WELL. they should have just let him do the entire thing.
 
just remember all of that was run and gun type shooting. It can't all look great, they were given very short notice to shoot that work.
 
Considering the time and talent, the F3 will be popular for a very long time. I still expect about 2 Canon DSLR generations before they can produce the same looking footage with a still optimized sensor.
