Warning! This ad is not for the politically correct.

Looking for a no-nonsense, extroverted architectural female intern with approximately 5 years of experience who is willing to go the extra mile...

You must be as talented and smart as you are beautiful. I mean it. You will need to work your ass off and show you know your stuff...as an architect.
You must know CAD and Revit; and be able to assemble a good permit set.
You must know how to deal with consultants, coordinate with their work, and keep them in schedule.
You must be 300 percent proficient in English and Spanish. If you don't know how to write without spelling errors in either language, either learn to use a dictionary or the spell check, or don't bother to apply for this position.
You must posses a good presence and class. When I said beautiful, I didn't mean slutty. That also goes for the way you express yourself verbally.
You must be open to sexual banter exchanges, and the typical conversations between consenting adults.
You must be loyal and trustworthy, as you will be handling sensitive and confidential information.

Send resume, samples of your work, and a photo.

Replies without a photo will not be considered.

  • Location: East Gables-Brickell Area
  • it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests
  • Compensation: $30K annually.

Yikes. This cannot be real.

In addition to the ridiculous nature of the qualifications, it is illegal to request a photo with a job application.

The threat of constant harrassment and I have to be bilingual?! All for $30K. At that rate, the poor girl will never pay off the seven years of college it takes most to achieve their masters.

it is illegal to request a photo with a job application.

While there's a ton of stuff in that ad which is potentially illegal, requesting a photo isn't generally, though it's a bad idea. (Legality could vary from state to state.)

Unless you're casting someone, of course.

30K annualy? Cool, I'll send out a couple of my girls. But! You mess with them and you mess with Jack "Knuckles" Moseley.

Deal, or No deal?

Farce..up.
