More Af100 Remote Helicopter footage

You win!

I love the shot that spins .... i'm jealous.... more please

Is this on Vashon? I'm in Seattle also.

Spectacular. If your skills weren't so good I'd say you were one brave dude, but clearly, you've got some well-earned confidence.

I think the minicopter is the best thing since the invention of the steadycam. God I would love to invest in one. I just cant find a way to justify it. I have never flown a remote plane or copter, So I imagine it would be very expensive to learn. Not to mention buy the setup. For now, I will just enjoy footage like yours and dream a little. :)

That is simply awesome for sure. I had an RC aerial business with a partner till he moved away.. Hoping to do another..... You are brave to put up the AF100 but if you knwo waht you are doing that's great.. and you do.... Thanks for sharing..

If anyone is interested in trying this... The safest and best way is to invest in the Great Planes RC simulator... And then go small for a while... My buddy took about 5 years to get decent and spent in excess of 60k on choppers due to crashing and all of that... Our last one was pretty sweet but it also got stolen...

BTW.. What are you flying? We had a 60 inch gas chopper...... cheers

I didn't shoot it, but I recognize it as West Seattle on the Seattle side of Alki beach. Over near Salty's.

Great work at 2:24 Arial...you have more hutzpah than I would have to put an AF100 on a copter...
Would love to see some stills of the setup!
