Hey Guys.
Alright, a little bit of background.
I'm a young filmmaker from Australia, and have been looking to start doing some more "professional" shorts and shoots. Here is my next attempt, "Monsters."
Monsters will be a 3-5min short, written by DVXUsers' very own Chris Keaton (HERE is his profile, and HERE is his website.) It features all young actors and is something... familiarly different. :tongue:
Currently, I have cast the four characters and got some crew on board. I will be directing and co-producing with one of my friends, and I also have a few others with varying levels of experience on set. Costuming, luckily enough, my school has offered to help with. this gives us over 5,000 props and outfits (apparently) to chose from as well as massive other benefits like make up rooms ect.
Location wise, I am looking at a big old house (it's fine, just unlived in) which has a massive underground section and cellar, which I would use to sell the "sewer" look. The only problem I have now is finding out who owns it! Any tips? I know where it is and its address ect. If this falls through there are some other places I KNOW I can access, but this is PERFECT.
So, that's it for the moment, I'll post actor photos and stuff asap. I'll also try and keep this updated as often as possibl ewith news and more stuff like that. as of today, we are about two and a half too three weeks out from when I would like to start shooting.
