Hello, I'm new to the HVX200, and am recording standard def DVCpro50 to tape. It is a very long talking head shoot, and we are taking script notes based on the timecode overlay from the composite output while recording, but all the overlay disapears while recording.
When recording to P2 this isn't a problem, the timecode overlay and everything else seen from the viewfinder stays on, but it always disapears when using tape after hitting record. I've looked through all the settings I can find and can't figure it out.
Does anyone know the solution to this problem? Is this just the way it is?
