I'm pretty new to this. I'm about to pull the trigger on either a dvx100b or a XA1. All I have is a 13in tv, and i want to get a affordable monitor to add to my setup. I keep hearing you need a field monitor to get the correct look. Is is wise to buy that for inhouse and field shooting? Which one should I get and what should I expect to spend? Also, andy advice on calibrating would be helpful. Thanks.
