Monitor mounting on HVX

Hello

I want to the Marshall lcd70p monitor but not sure how to mount it on the cam. I see there are hot shoe mounts, but how strong is the hot shoe on the cam? What would be the best way to go about this?

theres camera mounts aswell. I have not decided myself if I should go with that instead.

the marshall is pretty heavy, i wouldnt trust the on camera mount to hold it without snapping off.

i use a zacuto base plate, rods and arm setup with my external monitor
