Monitor Arm or mounting options for SmallHD DP6

Hi,

I've previously been attaching a SmallHD monitor using a hot shot ball mount, but have been trying articulation israeli arms with limited success.

Can you suggest a monitor mounting option for 15mm rods that works for the weight of the DP6? Or tell me your favorite way of mounting a monitor to a DSLR body?

And Zacuto vs Noga vs Manfrotto for friction arm options?

I tend to mount to the hot shoe with a little ball adapter 80% of the time. The weight when you have a monitor arm attached to the rods tends to eventually work the rod loose and make it turn. If I never needed to swap the rods some thread lock would probably fix this issue.
