PC platform, P4 325ghz 2 mb ram...system drive, video drive, Avid express pro 4.5 w/mojo, sony DSR 20 vtr, DV acquisition.

When I access express pro with the vtr powered up it causes Avid to crash. This is a new thing. From April when I recieved xpress pro with mojo until this morning the deck did not cause mojo to crash. NOW when i access avid and the deck is powered up the xpress pro software hangs up when loading and does not respond. When I look in windows xp pro system tools/preferences/device manager NO MOJO no where. Changed all cables, multiple reboots - hocus pocus and viola mojo magically reappears in all the right places- but will leave again if I power the deck up...what? why?
