Modded NSX video completed!

downloading, looking forward to it... loved your grabs!

Edit: Watched it! Loved it! Great looking shots you had... some could use a little more stability... and less shake, but overall nice look and feel to the montage.

Thanks for the feedback! I am jsut experimenting with intentional 'shakeage' to give an impression of speed, but I agree I think I over-did it.

I liked everything about it! what shutter speed were you using? did u use magic bullet for cc? The radial motion blur effect...how did you do it?

Ok, I will comment and ask.

Not bad.

So what Color Corretion did you use? ND Filters? Gradient filter?

How did you blurr the trees in the forground of the low shot of the car?

I agree with bryce, less shakey and better framing in SOME shots.
Everything else looks pretty good. Has a nice PLAIN simple look to it.

Awesome work bro. I would have made it tad more fast paced, but still, badass, keep up the good work!

What time of day were you shooting mostly? The exposure latitude you captured is amazing...and the colors...very nice man. I'm impressed!

THanks! It was mostly done at 1/500. I did use MB for cc but I only used a preset as a starting point. I warmed it up with the color corrector and bumped up contrast alot.

In vegas there is an effect called radial blur. I just used keyframes to put the center of the blur where the nsx was so it's "in focus" while the rest looked like it was flying past.

Was the audio all recorded from inside the car (i.e. just you sitting in the passenger seat) or did you run wireless mics in the engine area? It sounds great. I've made a few car videos myself...most of the time I find it difficult to record the true sound of the car...either its too much engine or too much of the exhaust not to mention all the misc things moving around inside the car.

Tried the wireless thing, didn't work at all. Using the stock mic on the dvx from the "trunk area" of the minivan I was in got some surprisingly good sound!
