Wow. I love the DVXuser mobile app. I'm at a conference and just signed with my Blackberry. Fantastic.

I don't know if my cajoling had anything to do with it, but it's a welcome addition. Congratulations to the developers. It's going to be a great on-location resource for me to be sure.

I like the mobile site too! Interface is great.

On my iPhone however, the quotations are unreadable because the font color and background color for the quotation are too similar of shade. Can this be fixed by a change in my profile customizations? Or is that something needs fixed in the forum software defaults?
 
Oooh lah lah! I am digging it. Fast even on my EDGE connection. For those looking frantically around app stores for this the OP meant new mobile site, just go to it in your browser.
 
Mobile site is great on my ipod touch but i agree with thereverend that quotations are hard to read. Cheers!

I was attending the Henry's Photo and Video Trade Show yesterday and trying to decide
between Sandisk or Lexar CF cards for shooting video on my Canon 7D.

Sandisk $179. Lexar $99 (for 16GB, 60MBs cards). Ouch.

With no non-partisan advice coming from the dealers, I pulled out by BB and logged on
to DVXuser. I quick search revealed 3 threads comparing the two cards. General
consensus was that Lexar is good, but Sandisk is more reliable.

Problem solved.

I can't get the mobile site to work on my iPhone. I had it at first, but then I logged in, and now I just get the normal site in Safari on the iPhone. Is there a way to force the mobile version?

EDIT: Nevermind. I logged out and quit Safari, then went back in and it worked. I will say this, quoted text is VERY hard to read. A better color scheme would be nice.

EDIT 2: It's still not working right. When I try to go to a page other than 1 in a thread I get the normal version of the site. Also, I can't click/tap on the page numbers at the bottom of the screen. Trying to do so actually selects "Tags". I get the normal version of the site when I click/tap on any pages other than 1 on the thread list or in a thread itself.

The only criticism i have for the mobile version is that quoted text is very difficult to read as it's dark gray text on a dark blue background.
