mixing footage from DVX100 and Sony

I want to shoot with two cameras for a music video. A DVX100 and a Sony DC2000. I will edit in FCP. What is best? Can the DVX shoot 30p ?
My Sony will do either 60i or (I think) 30p. Thanks.

The DVX shoots 60i, 30p, and 24p.
