mixing dvx100 and Sony V1U 24 frame

Any opinions on how the 2 cameras will look with footage from each for a shoot? The sony with be in 1080 and the DVX (b camera) will be unconverted to hi-def. I just want to make sure that the cameras don't look too different to be un-mixable. I can't afford the panny200 with a 100gig drive. I am only concerned with 24fps
