Mixing audio for Premiere Pro CS3...

I just handed off an authored DVD to a client. I had recorded audio using two different mics but I guess I didn't mix it properly because she says the different tracks are playing on different speakers - I'm not much of an audio person. How do I remix the audio so that all the sound comes out of each speaker (is that mono)?

Thanks.

So I just used the breakout to mono feature and now have a left and right track of the audio. It sounds good now.

In exporting, do I use stereo or mono under audio settings, or does it matter at this point?

Thanks again.

Yes actually that is mono if both channles are identical.
You can export your audio out to a wav file and mix it in audition
effects /amplitude channel mixer/full mix i often use 60 - 60 %.

Thanks for the tip. I'm actually trying to keep it simple at this point as I have spent WAY too much time on this project.

I'm exporting right now, but I used the default "Stereo" option under audio settings. Should I use mono?
