Mixing AF100 footage with the forth coming GoPro Hero 3 Black

Just wanted to drop this question out there and see what others thought about mixing footage from a Go Pro (the new one coming out) with 24p footage of the AF100. I have already had favorable feedback from a good member here and wanted to get some more comments. Being that the Go Pro does not do 24p what would be the best way to mix in CS6? We have already shot most of our footage (go to Facebook and search "The Farmhouse" for a teaser) for our short a few weeks ago (right after I bought my AF100) and now needs some moving in-car footage and was considering a Go Pro due to light weight. Comments, suggestions welcome.

Correct me if I'm wrong Eric, but the GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition will shoot 24p at 2.7K.

We have been cutting GoPro Hero 2 footage with a number of cameras with great results, and I expect the Hero 3 will look even better.

The current GoPro Hero 2 has a firmware update that allows 24fps (24p likely coming), & flat Log-ish color space. Higher bitrate, less sharpening, & NR, plus other features too.
