A Austin P. Member Jul 8, 2008 #1 Ive noticed that if I have some 24p and some 30p footage in a standard 29.97 timeline, there is frame blending in the 24p footage. I've tried to conform the footage in cinema tools but it was undercranked and sped up. Is there a proper way to do this? Thanks in advance.

David Jimerson Administrator Staff member Jul 10, 2008 #4 No, you don't want to cut 30p in a 24p timeline. 30p makes for a bad conversion to 24p. And 24p makes a bad coversion to 30p. Edit as 29.97 if you have to mix them.
