Mixing 24P and 30fps

I am thinking about using a Canon at 29.97fps as a second camera at a concert shoot in a club with not the best lighting with the DVX100 being the main camera. Does anyone think that I am not going to get enought light with the 24P, I am hoping the stage lights will be fine?

I edit on Final Cut Pro HD and want to know what I have to do to keep the integrity of the 24p while inserting the 29.97 footage within it? Thanks

if you shoot 24p normal (not advanced) you should be able to mix the two framerates in a 29.97 (60i) timeline without a problem.
