Mixing 24p and 24pa

I have been using 24pa exclusively since buying the camera but I realized recently that part of a shoot I did was 24p and the rest was 24pa. I am editing it in Premiere Pro on a 24p timeline (where I usually edit my 24pa stuff) and I'm noticing that the footage shot with the f5 setting, or regular 24p, is a little jerky. Is there a way to resolve this?

I apologize upfront because I know it has been discussed quite a lot.

Thanks

24p needs to have pulldown removal but it's a different type than 24pa. Not sure what tools or settings are required for Premiere.

sorry disjecta no input here, just subscribed to get a free lesson.

I've been wondering about this as I am in the same situation but my searches have found conflicting information.

PPRO can pulldown the 24pn as well. but be sure to use scene detect for it so that it knows what the cadence is to pull down. ive never mixed them like that, but what you could try doing if its causing an issue is make a new timeline at 24p preset, and use the 24pn clip where it *should* play smoothly , and then export it as true 24p file and import it into the other project.

cross our fingers that they vastly improove the 24p support in future releases.
