Mixed Martial Arts footage

Hey guys,

My latest project was shooting the North American Challenge #24 here in Vancouver. I just finished the DVD last friday and I wanted to share a quick little highlight reel I put together. The event was shot with 2 HVX200's, 1 EX1, and 1 XHA1 (not my preference to mix that many cameras but it didn't turn out too bad)

The actual fights on the DVD aren't color corrected that extreme.

yeah, the color correction is too much IMO.
but I couldn't really tell which cam was which...
the video quality looks low rez tho.
how did you export ?

I pushed the HD button and it looked fine to me :thumbup:
I think the music was too repetitive and just looped. Maybe throw some V.O. describing something if you have a guy that sounds good for that kind of thing. I liked the cuts and it was just the right length. Good luck on your DVD sale :beer:

I liked the colour correcting you did.. and felt it was cut together nicely. Good trailer you have there! I kinda agree though that a voice over would add a lot to it.. just grabs describing the action if you had an announcer on the dvd? If not then maybe that's something to look into next time.
