Mixed formats during shooting. HELP!

Problem:
the footage I have is sd 59.94i, 59.94p and 23.97p. when shooting they made the mistake of shooting sd for part of it. I have raylight MXFX and have converted the 59.94p (HVX200 p2 24p) to 23.97p (HVX200 p2 24pn) but I do not know what to do to convert the 59.94i footage so I can cut it into the project. I usually use Avid MC3 but am willing to use a different program if it will work.

Any advice is appreciated.

if you edit in a 60p timeline that should work.

so I can bring in the 23.97 or do i need do introduce pulldown first?

the only options I have in avid are 720p 59.94 or 1080p 59.94.
