A music video for Marcus Cohen's "The Congress" featuring Tiffany Austin and Mic Blake.
Written, directed, shot, edited, and color graded by yours truly.
Shot with an AF-100 and GH2.

Are you using FCP to edit? If so .. it's a common mistake ... lemme know and I'll tell you how to fix it.

Lighting seemed a lit over done for some of the scenes and wasn't really fond of the coloring but not a bad music video.

How did the gh2 stand up against the af100 when coloring, just curious.

Ignore .. my headphone jack wasn't pushed all the way in .. :-) . that's why it was Mono ..

As a musician, it's bugging me that what I'm hearing isn't what the musicians are playing.
Like at 1:19 .. the drummers strike lines are not what the audio is playing. Same with the
bass player . the keyboard player . and the guitar .. what they're playing on the fretboard
and keyboard aren't what you're hearing on the audio.

Other musicians are going to pick up on this..

For music video .. you have to make sure they line up ..

What we do .. even if it's not live .. is to have the musicians play to the pre-recorded track .. record the
audio from them .. and then use Plural Eyes (or manuall) line up the tracks to the video.

I think you did a reasonable job of lining up the vocalist (lip-sync).. but the other instruments are off.

Video looks great, really good job, but for me if you have musicians playing in the vid they really need to be in sync with the backing track..
its really off putting to see and draws you out of the otherwise top notch piece of work
