Missing clips in playback

I recorded some videos today... They are on the card, but I can't see them all in the camera playback. I want to delete some of the clips on the card, but I can do it through camera, because camera can see them all... and I cant do it through computer either, because of some sort of writing protection. What should I do? Why cant I see all clips in the camera? (I tried to select all clips, show clips from different resolutions, it didnt help...)

To be honest, your original post doesn't make too much sense. We know you are having card issues, but please explain a bit more.

Ok. Sorry for my english, I will try it again :)
I recorded nine clips with HCM41. The camera has playback mode where you can see your recorded clips, but it can see only three clips instead of nine. When I connect the camera to the PC (I dont have a card reader), I can see all nine clips. Why camera cant see them all in playback mode?
The second problem is... when I connect the camera to the computer I cant delete anything on the card that is in HMC41. Why?

In cam, some of those clips are combined, the cam records in a packet structure. If you watch the clips all the way through, you'll see all your clips are there.

Hi Hellboy
Did you record all nine clips in the same record format?? If you did say 3 in 1080 i and the 6 in 720P the camera will only display the clips in whatever playback format it was left in!! If you change the PB format to the same format as the 2nd batch of clips it will then also show those and play them back too

Copy the whole PRIVATE folder from the card into your computer and you will see the nine clips which translate into three files when loading/capture into your editing program. Alternatively, just get the three files you are seeing into your program everything is there as ggrantly said above. I always get cold hands when i use my HMC151 and forget that it does that when the log and transfer window show fewer files than the ones in the PRIVATE folder.

Isn't there a filter/sort setting, "ALL," that allows you to see all clip thumbnails no matter what format they were recorded in? For example, if you set to playback in 1080p mode, 720p clip thumbnails should be outlined in red indicating they can't be played back unless you change the playback format. So, if that solution doesn't work... Maybe hellboy80 has older clips before he recorded 9 clips, so it's possible the clip thumbnail selection screen has bumped beyond the first page. If there are more pages than the first page, you have to hit the down arrow key to scroll down to see more clips and vice versa if you want to see earlier clips on previous pages. So, in hellboy80's case, the last 3 of his 9 clips (that he knows he has definitely recorded) could have been bumped onto the next page and it could look like it's only the first page. This has happened to me recently. I was like "wtf, where did my other clips go?!" So, I quickly scrolled up a page and that placated my panic.

As a sidenote, if you want to see more clip thumbnails on a page, you can use the zoom rocker (or the W and T buttons under the screen) to "zoom" in or out (more thumbnails = smaller ones; less thumbnails = larger ones).
