Here's the long and short of it. I copied a card (complete file structure starting with EOS_DIGITAL) to a drive. All numeric files are present (no breaks in numbering order). However I know I have a missing file which I believe came from the battery becoming disconnected while shooting. I have a battery grip and sometimes while switching support gear (going from glide cam to tripod) the contacts on the grip get disconnected. I believe this is the culprit for the missing clip.
I've had corrupted files in the past that I've been able to recover (clips that have not had the wrapper) but this is a different case. Usually those clips show up on the card but are unreadable. In this case I've got no file there at all. I know this may be wishful thinking but is there any way to recover the clip? Thanks in advance.
