Looks like I am going to be getting a A7s soon and need some advice on Minolta AF lenses for video via LA-EA4
My gut tells me that they will look good but have very short focus trows and possibly a lot of breathing. I am looking at getting a 20mm 2.8 , 28mm f2, 50mm 1.4 85mm 1.4 and 100mm f2.8 macro.
The reason for the Minolta lenses and not something manual focus is I also shoot film with my photography via old Minolta Maxxum 7 and want to try and consolidate as much gear as I can. In the end it may be asking too much but maybe someone has some experience?
