Mini Rycote for DVX microphone!!??

I remember i saw a picture a while back, someones DVX (i think it was Jarred- but not sure...) had a mini rycote-like softy on their DVX microphone! PLease please whom ever that was respond to this message on how you got (or made) one of those!

yes that was me. Goto fannys fabrics and buy some funfur. should cost you about $50 cents to make.

Anyways, only one problem, no fany's fabrics near me. Any webistes i can buy this from? and how did you contrsruct this windscreen, did u just soe in an elastic? Also could you post some pics of the "device", lol.

yes I bought a mike muff a few years ago for a gl2.. works well but its just fun fur as well. its probally worth the price if you dont have access to the raw materials.

I saw one on the B&H website but they want $285 for just the softie windscreen. I didn't know those things cost so much. All the other windscreens were under $100.
