Mini DV to film

I am finishing my project on my Xl2, the reason why I am posting this post here is because it is the one of the most populated. I am sorry if I am not supposed to do that, I hope you guys can help. I eventually will need to transfer my project to film from mini DV, I am looking for a company somewhere in LA that can process my tape and output it to film, do you guys have any affordable film lab in mind? Also, if my project is in black and white, would it be any cheaper? I will also be shooting a major project this upcoming summer, and will need that project to be transfered to film as well, I am looking for a company that I can maybe negotiate with.

Efilm is considered one of the best for this type of work.

They have done extensive testing with digital formats to film out.
