Mini ATX and Shuttle for editing?

And here is another question- which is better, dual core or dual CPUs? I found a deal on a Tyan dual Xeon board. I realize it won't fit in the shuttle case, but my old case should hold it ok.

He said I needed Vista to run multi core CPUs, I needed expensive unbuffered Ram, the Shuttles wouldn't handle the heat from editing, I would need at least a Mid Tower. By the time he was done, a cheap little PC was going to run me $1,000.

It will up the price a little more but I have seen liquid cooled Shuttles.
