These aren't great but I just made myself a mini35 adapter and felt i needed to post something. I've been a long time reader of these boards and I'm glad i have something to finally post.

I think first and last one could use some color correction but let me know what you think

:-/ ..these are way ...way too dark IMHO. would it be possible to shoot some in some sufficient light so we can get a real idea of the image possible with your adaptor?

yea...i took footage the night i finished it and then ripped it apart again to make a few fixes but ill get some shots with better lighting once it is back up and running :-[ thanks for the input tho

sorry man, just being honest.. the top and bottom i cant even tell whats going on, and in the center one, i can make out what i think is a hand and a table. im not on my calibrated system though.. maybe its just me :-/

wow i cant see whats going on in any, sorry man, but those are pretty bad, waiting for some ones in the light

I think they look horrible. (Sorry, you asked...)

Interlacing, zero lighting (poor exposure), zero comps.

I think I'll reserve judgement until we see some 'proper' grabs!

Also were these 60/50i?

Seriously, it's impmortant to be honest and all, and I think we may have really hurt his feelings.


He had been reading this site for a long time, and he was excited that he could finally post some grabs. And then after everyone tears him a new butthole, he's gone! :-[

Sorry dude. Tell ya what, building a mini 35 adaptor then posting your results on the web is a lot more initiative than the lot of us! Keep it up! ;D

Honestly though, I laughed too because I was like the first and the third shots have no light?  :D

Question: Did anyone hear the tree that didn't fall in the forrest?
