This tripod and head is well used but still has a lot of life left in it. We switched to DSLR's so have changed over to a much smaller tripod and no longer need this one. It has a 100mm bowl and uses a Miller 30 fluid head which includes an adjustable handle. The legs are aluminum and include a Miller adjustable mid-level spreader. Height range is about 6' and weight capacity is about 25 lbs. Tilt action is very smooth but the pan action gets a little "gritty" about half way around a 360 degree pan (if anyone ever does those). Not bad, just noticeable. I just always set up the head so I'm using the smoothest part and it's not been a problem for me. Thanks for looking.
