Hey guys. I posted this under "XL2" and then realized, this category would probably be better.

Looking to buy some mics. What I need is 2 wireless lapel mics, 2 transmitters, and a receiver to accomodate both mics at the same time. Also want them to have XLR connections for my XL2. Don't have a huge budget unfortunately. Looking at about $400-$600 for the total package. First thing I'm doing with them is an outside wedding and at the wedding there will be NO sound system. So, I'm going to put a mic on the preacher so I can pick up the sound of the three main characters. Might also invest in a boom mic or something of that nature so I can just put it at the front to pick up other sound as well such as music. Any suggestions would be great but just some help with the wireless mics is the main concern here. Thanks guys.

Your budget precludes you wish. :)
Once you reconcile that, try the Sennheiser G series. The more expensive versions have XLR outputs.

But wait! you want one receiver that receives two different mics? Of the stuff you can afford, the Azden makes something. I don't know if it has XLR outputs, but it may. It does have a 2 channle receiver.

Ty Ford

Thanks tyreeford,
Azden is actually what I bought yesterday and it's better than I was expecting. In the last week, I've heard a lot of my friends talking about Azden and they all had good things to say. Thanks again.
