microfibers on anamorphic adapter

I had some spots on my AG-LA7200 so I tried cleaning by blowing on glass and wiping with microfiber cloth. Now there seems to be tiny microparticles stuck to the glass. How do I get them off? (they really seem stuck, so I don't think blowing them off will help) Also, I'm afraid of using a cleaner because I heard you can remove the treatment on the glass.

same thing happened to me some time ago. At first I freaked out because I thought I had scratched it. But got it off with lens brush.
