MIC settings

Hey. I wanted to double check the correct settings for audio before I start my film. I'm using a sennheiser ME66. What should the audio settings be set to? I know 16 Bit. Channel 1/2, both? Thanks.

I usually run to both channels (plug the XLR into input 2 and set both channels to that).
