Mic In Camera Shoe

Anyone happen to have a picture of their DVX with a mic mounted in the camera shoe?

Do you have a close-up of the hot shoe part?
What kind of extention is that and what shotgun mic?

It's an NRG NR59111 Tri-mount from B&H. Works well and stable. The shotty is an AT 4073a with a Ktek KSM shockmount with a Rycote RYHSA hot shoe adapter.
